Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor-Joy grew up on April 16 1996 on the 16th of April 1996 in Miami Florida. It is daughter to Dennis Alan Taylor, a ex-bank executive, and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist who is a half-Spanish the other half is English. Her father is an Argentine with Scottish and English origin. Her mother is Spanish and English origin. Taylor-Joy has four siblings from her father's previous marriage. Her family lived in Buenos Aires from the time she reached the age of six before they relocated to Victoria, London. According to Taylor-Joy, this relocated family was traumatized and was unable to master English to the hope of relocating back to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she needed to go to after switching from Northlands. After that, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she trained in ballet and appeared in school plays. After she turned 16, she quit school to take on a full-time job in acting. Taylor-Joy was an actress as a kid and was sure she would eventually become one. It was her wish to be a model when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
