Liz Vassey started her career in the field of acting at aged of nine. Her appearances have been in more than fifty plays and musicals. At the age of sixteen she made the decision to move towards New York in order to be a part of the team of All My Children. It was her work on the show that has earned her the very initial Daytime Emmy nomination. From then on, Liz has appeared as a regular role on twelve television shows. These include ER Maximum Bob Necessary Roughness, Brotherly Love the Push Nevada Two and a Half Men The live-action adaptation of FOX's version of The Tick and most recently Season Two of the reboot of The Tick on Amazon. She is popular for her performance as DNA tech Wendy Simms on the television show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation the show she was on for the duration of five years. Liz is also well-known for her appearances in films as well as pilots. She's guest-starred on a number of TV shows. Liz's work isn't just acting, however, she is also a writer. She co-wrote an episode during her final season on CSI and has since sold six television films and pilots that are currently developing with NBC Freeform Universal Netflix The CW as well as different networks and studios. Liz is a long-distance runner who ran for the majority of her life, recently made her directorial debut with The Human Race. The documentary focuses on older runners. She was as a detective in the show Ringer as well as a detective's wife on Southland, a bounty-hunter on CBS"The Odds" series The Odds and a bank robber in Medium. To top it all off, she played a mermaid on Flight of the Conchords and starred in the independent feature The Rift directed by Shana Sosin.
